With over 14 years of experience across diverse organizations, Fadoa leverages technology as a tool to optimize processes, strengthen communication, and create meaningful impact. Branding has consistently been at the heart of her work.

Since 2017, she has focused on artificial intelligence. Back when AI was still commonly referred to as “chatbots,” Fadoa predicted the shift toward conversational interfaces becoming the new standard in how people and businesses interact with technology. Her early publications, startup and talks reflect this forward-looking perspective:

Today, Fadoa advises organizations on the strategic and practical implementation of AI in business and communication processes—always with a results-driven approach, using AI as a means to achieve goals, never as a goal in itself.

She has also delivered guest lectures at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, and spoken at events such as WOMEN INC’s conference AI and Equality in the Labour Market.

Innovation and projects:
Driven by opportunities, she founded initiatives like MediaMessage (an AI tool detecting subjectivity in news articles) and MultiMedium (a toolkit for designing inclusive AI). Both projects received support from SIDN Fonds and Netwerk Mediawijsheid.

AI & language technology, conversational interfaces, ethics, branding, marketing, design and communication. She also has specific experience in the fields of food and sustainability.
